Meditation Instruction

Several people have expressed an interest in meditation instruction. Sister Ellie Finlay of
the St. John's Center for Spiritual Formation in Tulsa provides an excellent and highly
recommended 6-week Foundations Of Meditation class, as well as an ongoing weekly meditation class.
The Center is located at 5840 S. Memorial Drive (map), Suite 305, in Tulsa. For more information, you can
